Failed or blocked renders
If a video fails to render or is blocked, the credits used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact support.
Credit packs
Credit packs never expire. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits in that pack have been used. Credits used for successfully rendered videos are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@gowellapp.me from the email address on your account and include the purchase date and order details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
